The end is here..

Obviously I meant the end of 2012. It has been a really hectic year. Finishing secondary school and completing my GCSE's, losing and making new friends, it has all been really stressful and it still is now. However, I am grateful because God has once again let me see another year. So I have made a few collages of the best moments this year.

As we enjoy the last day(s) of this year, let's reflect on the good times and the not so good times, and let's learn from this. Are there mistakes not to be repeated again, are there things to learn from? I know I have a lot from this year. I hope you all have a great New Year's Eve and Day, and may you all have a wonderful and blessed 2013. xoxo

Holidays

Hiya :) Right now I am in Holland, my home country. It took 15 hours with the coach and ferry to get here, plus waiting 30 minutes for a taxi. I was so tired, and I spent the whole of this day just sleeping and watching films. I am so glad to be here, because I will be with my family and also some of my old school friends. I am thinking of creating vlogs of my stay here..I have already filmed some things but I forgot my usb cord thing so I can't upload it just yet until I get home. I am now going to clean the bed and watch some Youtube videos. Bye :)

German Christmas Market

Well, this Friday I went to Birmingham with some friends and visited the Christmas Market. It was my third time. I might even be going again next week!

Can I just note that the food prices at the Market are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced like what?! £3 for a sausage? I could get a whole pack for like less than that at Lidl.

Happiness

I recently made a decision, to be happy. I have been living in sadness and depression for far too long. It was like I could never be happy. But the devil is a liar, and I refuse to be down. The joy of the Lord is upon me. I know that there will be hard times, but the Holy Spirit will really help me to just be happy.

A-levels are really overwhelming, but I am learning to manage my time now. These years will go in a blink of an eye, and then (hopefully) the chapter of university will be opened. I am still doing my careful research, because I don't want to be at a university that I dislike, or do a degree which I detest.

I am really going to start to take this blog seriously...just as a place to document my thoughts.

Christmas Wishlist

I haven't updated in so long. I updated the look of my blog and changed the name and stuff, hopefully you like it?

Well I have started Sixth Form, and it is draining and time consuming so I don't have much time to do stuff but study. But it will all be worth it :) Right now I am just enjoying my half term.

So, I wanted to share with you my Wish List. I think I will definitely get these items at Christmas..because I deserve it and I am getting it with my own money xD

Watches
I really love these watches, and I don't know which ones to choose. I don't really want to splash too much money, but they are so nice and hopefully will last long!

Bags

I am not a really a bag person (although I always carry a bag), but these are gorgeous. I love Chanel looking bags, and the colour can go with absolutely anything

Shoes
I have wanted Converse since forever, and the black ones are my favourite. I like the white ones too but they would get dirty too easily.

So which items should I definitely buy? I might add to this list as I look around for stuff, maybe phone cases, books, etc.
I am really looking forward to Christmas, which I usually don't...

So what has happened?

Hi guys! I haven't written a post for a very long time. Well I have something funny (well not for me) to share with you. As you guys know, I'm a mentor (for the summer), and I took my mentee swimming. We spent over 2 hours in there..and finally we had gotten enough. So I happily went to the shower, when I started to feel droopy and weak. I don't know what happened next..I think I blacked out and fainted. It was like I was asleep. When I woke up, I was face forward on the hard-tiled floor. I didn't understand what had happened, until I noticed my lip was bleeding. So, I got my mentee to get a lifeguard to help me. After the lifeguard came, she helped me to sit down. I felt so faint and weak. My teeth felt really weird..that's because I chipped them! So I spent the rest of the day crying because I looked like a hillbilly and I could never smile again.

Then today, I went to the dentist. He has finally fixed my teeth. But it HURT LIKE HELL. He was drilling my teeth and I thought that I was going to die. It was so painful. But now I can smile again :-)

My teeth look normal now, but they will never be strong like they was before. The first time I faint, I injure myself. Oh well, below you can see my teeth when they was chipped, and after I went to the dentist.

I have a lot to say today hehe.
First, I'm making this post on my new phone Galaxy S 3! My mother got it for me after my other phone broke and it would cost a fortune to repair. I love this phone. It's big and can do a lot of stuff. Thank you mama!
Also I went to Alton Towers yesterday with school. It was really fun, but some rides like Air and Rita weren't working properly.
Today I went to a sixth form induction to the school that I will likely be going to. I made some friends, and it seems like a good school. They are also going to be doing Korean as an enrichment programme....YES
Lastly, your home girl has got a job. Yes, this summer I will be working as a mentor for Year 6s who are moving into Year 7. I am so grateful to God <3

China Town

 My second post in one day, I'm on a roll here. Well yesterday and today I was chilling with my mates Jason and Antoinnet, and we spent most of our time in Chinatown. The shops there were so nice and cute, but once again I had no money. Here are some pictures of us taking pictures in a photobooth with Jason's phone:

Today we went to Big Wok and filled our tummies with yummy Asian food! It was so nice, and it was also really funny. A cute waiter got real mad at this girl who left the place without finishing her large cup of Orange Juice..what a waste! Then Antoinnet decided to take some food home...*kmt* we almost got caught. We then spent the rest of the day just walking around in Birmingham, and we got some free Cake. And this random man called me 'Miss Dimples because I live my life so simple'. It was weird, but quite funny xD

My Adventure Weekend

Last weekend I went with 18 people from my school to PGL Boreatton Park as a reward trip (for High Achievers xD). The three days we spent there were absolutely great.


DAY ONE: I had to sleep with four other girls in a lodge, and they were the best roommates ever. 

We started our time there by playing dodgeball with a really dodgyball. Then we played rounders on the really slippy grass! Afterwards we chilled in the chill out room and our lodges in our pyjamas.

When it was time for us to sleep (11pm) the boys who were near our lodges kept talking and gossiping so we didn't get to sleep till like 2am!

DAY TWO: We had to wake up early for a very long day. We did fencing (which was alright) and then high ropes...well I didn't actually do it because I got so scared. Having a fear of heights sucks (yet I enjoy being on planes!) In the afternoon the whole gang went to play Catch the Flag with our team-leader Sion, but after a while everyone gave up because everyone was cheating and the woods got boring. Then when a few of us with Sion and Mr Fallon decided to play Frisbee. Mr Fallon then decided to pull me across the really wet grass which made me soaking wet! We went on the zip-wiring which was really fun! But after going on twice, my body ached so I didn't go again. We also did rock-climbing, which I didn't do because I suck at it and...yeah I just suck at it. In the evening we had a disco where we all danced and just chilled. I won two of the dancing games (shocking, I know) and we ended the evening with our deputy-head of year giving us an emotional speech. Even though my roomies wanted to have an all-nighter, I ended up falling asleep. 

DAY THREE: I was so sad that it was our last day at PGL. There was this really nice Spanish girl who always smiled and waved at me :) Anyway, we spent our last day firstly doing Archery. Even though I wasn't really good at it, I really liked it. I might see if there are any archery classes or stuff nearby. We then did abseiling (Well me and Mrs Atwood watched the others do it). To top the trip up, we all went canoeing. Seriously, thinking about canoeing makes me embarrassed. First of all, we was behind everyone so Tyler (the instructor) had to babysit us. Then when we caught up with everyone, all hell broke loose and we all fell in the water (to be more specific 4 TIMES). The lads had to come and rescue us, and we crashed into a bush of nettles (ouch) after my space in the canoe was flooding. It was so funny!
During dinner, this Spanish boy (who was cute, but then at the same time wasn't) was winking at me and my ginger friend Lauren, and was following her around. It was so weird..but me gusta!!!

The three days were so good. There were so many cute instructors and nice people and the activities were good and I just had so much fun. I wish I was still there, I might go there again one day.

Alton Towers

Hello again..it's me, obviously. (This post is sooooo late, I know)

Well, this Tuesday I went to Alton Towers with the girls from my friend (Ananpreet's) birthday. It was a fab day!

Alton Towers was really busy (which is expected). Our first ride was the Flume, and we got extremely wet. 

Afterwards we went on Air, which I loved...but I screamed a lot when I was on it. To summarize the rides I went on: Flume x2, Thirteen x2, Air x2, and the Mine Train xD

I treated myself to a Chicken Royal with cheese meal, which was yummy. I also got a nice cornetto. 

And to top the great day off, as we was waiting for our mini bus, I met Jessica Fox and Rachel Shenton!!!! (otherwise known as Nancy and Mitzeee in Hollyoaks). I met Jessica Fox first in the toilet, but I couldn't believe it was her so I had to look again. IT WAS HER. When I told all my friends, they didn't believe me at first. But finally I have met celebrities.

It was a really really really good day. Now, I am going back to my revision. 2 more exams and I'm freee! Until next time xoxo

Work & Revision

Hi guys,

Hope you are all well. These days I have been busy with revising for my exams, and working with my friends for a new manga they are creating. I now have 3 exams left, yay (2 Germans and Health&Social). Now I've left school, I only go for revision sessions. School seems so empty without us Year 11s, and it feels weird not having to wake up each morning to go to school.

Today, I went to my friend's house, and worked with Robyn and Jason on their first manga. I am the secretary (so they say), but really I just do all the hard labour and writing. Whilst I was over there, I made a small video:

FRIENDS

I really love my friends right now...these past 2 days I have been chilling with my friends in town and over their house and it has been so eventful.

Yesterday, I went with my friend Jason to meet Robyn in town. We went to Forbidden Planet to look for manga and afterwards we went to eat. We had a lot of funny moments, like when I tripped Robyn over in the rain and she got stroppy (aha). 

Today, after my revision session at school, I went over to Jason's house and met up with him, Robyn and our new friend Orrin! After a very awkward hour or so, we all had fun. We played truth or dare, and one of my dares was to drink some Asian vinegar. IT WAS VILE. My throat felt like it was burning, and it gave me a horrible stomach ache. Afterwards we went to Asda and got some food, and just stuffed our faces with sweets and Pizza whilst watching ANTM. Then we played Bullcrap and Monkey Monkey card games, which was good too. I don't know why, but then we all got hyper and we started pulling each others socks off, it was really violent and everyone was on top of each other. It was so fun, haven't had so much fun in ages. 

Mayday Parade

Well May has been a busy month for me: my birthday, my friends birthdays, exams and preparing to leave school.


My birthday was on 11th May, and I turned 16. Me and my friend had a joined birthday party on the bank holiday Monday, so we went to watch American Reunion and then went to eat at Cosmos!

And then on the actual day of my birthday, my lovely friend made me a Chicken Pie! Also, my friends from church threw me a small surprise party! It was so good.

And now it's just EXAMS EXAMS EXAMS. I'm trying my best because these GCSE's will shape the rest of my life so I have to do my absolute best. I know that God will help me to pass.

I also leave school this Friday after 5 years, that is pretty emotional.
